5 Ways to Save Money While Shopping with Beautycounter

There’s no denying that I like to save money when I shop. I love coupons at the grocery store, referral links for online brands, and Rakuten Ebates as much as the next penny pincher! Saving money is always fun and I want to share a few ways you can save when shopping specifically with Beautycounter.

When it comes to clean products, the industry has grown quite a bit in the last 5 or so years and it can get overwhelming to know where to start. For me, I joined Beautycounter after trying only TWO products. Some roll their eyes when I say that, but it’s true! I tried their Rosewater Mist and Concealer Pen, read their mission online, and was sold, literally!  It’s not just because of their incredible products, but because of the heart behind the beauty brand. Their mission is “to get safe products into the hands of everyone.”

Why do I share all of this backstory with you before dishing out how to save BIG? Well, because I think it makes sense to know WHY you should spend your money with this company or that company. As consumers, we have the power within our wallets. We have opportunities, day in and day out, to decide who we support by backing them with our financial support. We have a voice in who stays afloat and who goes under. Just think about this truth the next time you pull out your plastic or maybe even do a quick Google search to learn more about who or what the company stands for.

#1 One in, one out.

Once something runs out, replace it with a Beautycounter item. It can be overwhelming to overhaul your entire makeup bag or skin care shelf, so starting small can be a simple place to start. It can also be easier on your wallet.

#2 Shop sales and promos.

Being connected with a consultant can help with this one! We do have sales & they are usually really great times to shop and stock up. Two ways you can help your consultant out are to notify them about what specifically you have your eye on & let them know the best way to contact you. This will ensure you’re on their reach-out list for the deals that best suit you. If you want me to share promos and sales, sign up for my newsletter!

#3 Join our Membership Program: Band of Beauty.

This ain’t no scary, monthly auto-ship, forever-locked-in membership. Like many other things at Beautycounter, we do things differently. It’s a $29 yearly membership that doesn’t auto-renew and comes with lots of perks! You can order any time you’d like, receive free shipping on orders of $100+, earn 10% back on every purchase, and score a gift upon enrolling. There are even surprises and delights throughout the year as a treat for being a valued client. If you will continue to switch over to Beautycounter’s products, this really is a no brainer. *Add to cart!*

#4 Host an educational event.

One of my most favorite ways to share Beautycounter is in this setting. Think Girl’s Night In, Yoga Pants and Charcoal Masks, Clean Beauty and Brunch, or any other creative gathering you can think of. Invite a few friends, enjoy some treats, and explore Beautycounter’s products and story. The best part is, as a host you can receive up to 5 free & 5 half off products to add to your stash! I also love that these can be local or virtual gatherings!

#5 Become a consultant and advocate for the brand.

In my unbiased *wink, wink* opinion, this is my favorite way to save! We receive our products at a discount of at least 25% off and some before they even launch on the site. We also get a front-row seat to the clean beauty movement that is ever advancing! Beautycounter is so much larger than just it’s amazing products and social impact. It’s also a community whose mind is set on changing the industry for all generations. I have met some of my best friends through this company and for that, I will be forever grateful! Are you my next BFF?!

One last thing on our growing mission, I stumbled upon a portion of our site on the Clean Revolution we are creating and I thought it was super impactful. It hits on all pillars of our company: education, products, and advocacy. Let’s use our voices and wallets to advocate for our health, wellness, and the need for safety and regulation of all products that come to market.

I hope these tips were helpful and if you have questions or want to get involved in one of the ways listed above, I’m here to chat!

xoxo,

Paulina
