Hi, I’m Paulina
Most days you can find me in buttery soft athlesiure on my rose gold *drool* MacBook Pro at my mid-century modern dining room table & an organized mess surrounding me! I take my morning brew with collagen & cream, or a flat white if I’m feeling fancy. I love to embrace a natural, makeup-less face (thank you, Beautycounter!) to show the world my true self, but also love a fancy date night out with my hunk of a husband who’s servant heart is larger than life. I’m an encourager, hard worker, friendly competitor, and (sometimes brutally) honest friend! Authenticity is the quality I admire most, & I am authentically glad you’re here!
I’m also a mama!
In January 2022, this sweet boy, Gideon Joel, made me a mom! He is such a joy & has expanded my heart in ways I didn’t know possible. Don’t be surprised if I share more motherhood-focused content around here. Since I have the blessing of staying home with him, life looks different than it used to, but I wouldn’t change a single thing!

Welcome to my spin on a broccoli salad side dish! It seems to be at every potluck so why not have a solid recipe in your back pocket?! I love taking classic dishes and putting a unique spin on them. I never have raisins on hand, so I swapped those out for chopped dates. Add in some red onion and crispy bacon for a savory crunch! Viola! A yummy side dish to share that is quick & easy.
