Mango, Mint, & Maca Smoothie
INGRedients:
1 C coconut water
1 serving protein powder of choice (I like plant or nut-based protein powders)
1 tsp Hemp Seeds/Hearts (good source of healthy fat & fiber)
2 tsp. Maca Superfood Powder (can help stabilize hormones & increase energy)
1 T Ground Flax Seed (great source of dietary fiber)
5 Mint leaves
½ Avocado
½ C frozen Organic Spinach
1 heaping handful frozen Mango (I get mine in bulk from Costco)
Optional: Roasted Cacao Nibs (I like the added crunch)
Blend & Enjoy!
I have been on a smoothie kick recently & threw this together the other day. One sip in & I went WOW! I know I hardly ever follow a recipe exactly, especially for a smoothie, so I won’t be offended if you use this as a loose guide! Either way you blend it (ha!), enjoy!
